A eulogy of sorts

I knew this day would come so at some level I had already been preparing for it. But even still, I never really accepted that it would eventually happen or that when it finally did My feelings would be this strong. It's a sadness beyond words. She was a good old girl and We had some great times together. I will miss Her deeply. Goodbye old friend.

I didn't know they would replace it! I guess it pays to keep your receipt.

Oh well, I always knew the 360 in the title stood for hours before death.

I probably won't be on live until I replace it, which will definitely be by 2/24 for Star Ocean

It happened to me too. All you have to do is call microsoft up. They'll send you a box to ship it in. You should hurry though there is an expiration date on fixing the 'Red ring of death'

Thanks. I'll check into that. I guess I'll just have to rock out to Guitar Hero until then.

Kinda late on the bus, but..

If you purchased your 360 less than 3 years ago, you're able to get a free repair. MSFT extended their warranty for 3yrs to cover the 3-RROD.

    This happened to me recently.

You can check the date of manufacture on the back of your xbox if you don't have proof of purchase.

thanx. I pitched it already, tho. I think they wanted like $100 to ship and it would take 2 months or something like that so I just went with a new one. It's got a bigger hd anyways. My old one only had 5g so it was kind've a pain.
And yeah this post is old. Where have you been?
